Refund Policy

Dhwani Mantra Singing Bowls Studio (“the Studio”) is committed to delivering high-quality courses, singing bowls, and healing-related products. To protect your rights, we have established the following refund policy in accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act.

  1. Scope of the Policy
    This policy applies to all course registrations and product purchases made directly through our website. It does not apply to purchases made through third-party sellers or partners.
  2. Physical Products (Singing Bowls & Accessories)
    1. Return Request Period: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery date).
    2. Return Conditions: Products must be unused, in brand-new condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
    3. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.
    4. Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect, wrong shipment, or damage during delivery.
  3. Courses & Healing Services
    1. Cancellation within 7 days of purchase: Full refund (bank transfer fees, if any, are borne by the participant).
    2. Cancellation after 7 days but more than 7 days before the course start date: 90% refund (10% administrative fee applies).
    3. Cancellation within 7 days before the course start date: No refund, but you may reschedule once or transfer your registration once to another person with prior notice.
    4. If the course is postponed or canceled by the Studio: A full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
  4. Additional Notes
    1. Refund requests must meet the conditions stated above; late or non-compliant requests will not be accepted.
    2. Refund progress will be notified via email.
    3. Please keep all return documentation for verification.
