Dhwani Mantra

Pre-Basic Techniques Courses

The “Dhwani Mantra Pre-Basic Techniques Courses” focuses on mastering proper bowl-gliding and striking techniques while learning to distinguish between high, mid, and low frequencies. This course exclusively uses a single singing bowl, making it easy to integrate into daily life for personal or family relaxation. It is also ideal for complementing yoga, meditation, aromatherapy, and spa treatments.

The key difference between small, medium, and large bowls lies in their frequency range and vibration depth, which affects the appropriate playing techniques. Whether you are drawn to the sound of singing bowls, seeking self-healing methods, or already working in holistic wellness, the Dhwani Mantra Pre-Basic Techniques Course provides the perfect introduction to sound healing.

While small, medium, and large singing bowls each offer different frequencies and depths of vibration, the effectiveness of sound healing doesn’t lie in the size of the bowl. True healing comes from the practitioner’s ability to master frequencies, apply refined playing techniques, and respond intuitively to the client’s physical and emotional needs in the moment.

In the world of sound healing, every strike of the bowl is an invitation to listen inward. When you choose a bowl that resonates with you, you’re also choosing to begin a journey back to your truest self.

Small Bowl Techniques Class

Small singing bowls produce high-frequency vibrations that are subtle yet crisp and clear. These frequencies help activate the nervous system, enhance concentration, and promote mental clarity. They are ideal for daily meditation, energy field balancing, and strengthening intuition and perception. Additionally, their resonance aligns with the third eye and crown chakras, alleviating head and eye strain.

Recommended for: Individuals with high eye pressure, overactive thoughts, stress-related headaches, or tension in the forehead.
※ No certification is provided for the Basic Small & Medium Bowl Courses.

Medium Bowl Techniques Class

The medium singing bowl produces a balanced frequency range between high and low tones, creating a harmonious sound that most people find soothing. It helps regulate the autonomic nervous system, release daily stress, stabilize emotions, support endocrine balance, and improve blood circulation. Its calming vibrations effectively ease anxiety, emotional fluctuations, and mental restlessness.

Recommended for: Individuals experiencing stress-induced insomnia, anxiety, or an overactive mind.
※ No certification is provided for the Basic Small & Medium Bowl Courses.

Big Bowl Techniques Class

The large singing bowl produces deep, powerful frequencies with strong resonance, making it ideal for joint relaxation, fascia release, and glandular healing. Its grounding vibrations help realign the body's energy structure while fostering a sense of inner strength and security.

Recommended for: Individuals experiencing physical fatigue, muscle tension, or overall weakness.
Certificate: A Certificate of Completion will be awarded upon finishing the Basic Large Bowl Course.

Q1
What is the difference between small, medium, and large bowls in the Basic Series Course? How should I choose?

The main difference between the small, medium, and large bowls in the Basic Series Course lies in the "frequency" and "vibration" of the bowls. Different frequencies have various effects on the human body. The small bowl has a higher frequency, making it ideal for enhancing focus and relieving pressure in the head and eyes. The large bowl, on the other hand, has a deeper, more stable frequency, with longer-lasting vibrations, making it suitable for releasing tension and relaxing a stiff body.

Both small, medium, and large bowls offer excellent self-healing benefits, so you can choose based on your preferred frequency or your current budget!

Q2
Does the Basic Series course provide a certificate?

The Basic Small Bowl and Basic Medium Bowl courses do not issue certificates. However, upon completing the Basic Large Bowl course, students will receive a Certificate of Completion. This certification allows them not only to continue their personal self-healing practice but also to work with simple sound healing cases.

Q3
Do I need to start with the basic course if I want to become a sound healer?

The basic series courses are designed for 'home self-healing' using single-bowl techniques. If your goal is to become a professional sound healer, you can directly enroll in the 'Beginner Sound Healer Training Course' without needing to start with the basic series.

Q4
Is there any overlap between the "Pre-Basic Series" and the "Sound Healer Training Series" ?

The "Pre-Basic Series Course" is a home self-healing course focused on the single-bowl technique, while the 'Sound Healer Training Series' is a professional training course that teaches harmonic techniques using three to seven bowls. There is no overlap in the content of these courses. You can choose the course based on your learning goals and budget.

Q5
Are the large, medium, and small bowls used in the Pre-Basic Series Course the same as the three bowls in the Basic-Level Sound Healer Training Course?

Not at all! The medium bowl in the Basic Series has a diameter of approximately Ø17–20 cm, and the small bowl is around Ø12–16 cm. The three bowls used in the Beginner Sound Healer Training Course consist of large bowls, with diameters around Ø22, 24, and 26–28 cm.
